This Course is best for those who are experienced in Script Supervising and are looking to diversify their skill set.
This is a special two-for-one training in the Multicam Sitcom and Multicam Talk/Variety/Live formats. With instructors PATTI MUSTARI (IMDB) and ROE MOORE (IMDB), this is an introduction to the sitcom or live show formats as well as a thorough understanding of the differences between these types of shows and the feature/single-camera world.

Instructor Bios:
Patti Mustari has over 23 years of experience working in the mutlicam sitcom world on familiar favorites like FULLER HOUSE, BOY MEETS WORLD, DALLAS, FRIENDS, THE CARMICHAEL SHOW, FANTASY LIFE, and many more. With her experience, she looks forward to offering insights to the multicam world.
Roe Moore has been working in the Multicam Talk/Variety/Live world for more than 6 years on shows like Disney+'s talk show EARTH TO NED, VH1's RUPAUL DRAG RACE, CW's MASTERS OF ILLUSION, THE CHRISTMAS CAROLERS COMPETITION, and THE HOLLYWOOD CHRISTMAS PARADE. This world of script supervising is vastly different from the traditional side of script supervising and she looks forward to pulling back the curtain and demystifying the tasks.

Working on set during COVID has created a lot of change in the industry. One major change is the elimination of paper on set -- including sides and scripts. This is pushing the evolution for script supervisors to be digital. In this course, Multicam Script Supervisors JONATHAN LEVIT (IMDB), KIRSTEN ROBINSON (IMDB), and ROE MOORE (IMDB) will share the tricks of the trade and delve into Scriptation and MovieSlate8 digital tools. This Course is best for those who have already attended the Multicam Introductory Course as this will explore those topics further.
Dive in deeper to the script formatting and creating rundowns for a variety, talk, or similar livemulticam production. With instructor ROE MOORE (IMDB), you will walk away with a full understanding of all the inner workings of these types of sets and feel confident in the role.

Rehearsals
Rehearsal is a vital part of the multicam environment. What does this mean to a script supervisor? We're responsible for everything from script changes, noting blocking and assisting actors throughout the process.

Taping Day
As the script supervisor, the control room is a place where you're responsible for taking editorial notes and maintaining a running time of the show's segments and the full show. Dive in deeper to how this role is important during the production days.

Working Digitally
Be prepared to work digitally in the COVID world. By learning the techniques in MovieSlate8 and Scriptation, you'll be ahead of the curve to know the latest and greatest of digital systems available for multicam script supervisors.
